Supplemental Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

These Supplemental Woodpeckers Crafts Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions (these “Supplemental T&C”) are subject to the Woodpeckers Terms of Use located at https://woodpeckerscrafts.com/terms-of-use/.  Any capitalized terms not defined in these Supplemental T&C shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Terms of Use. 

To be an affiliate of Woodpeckers, you agree to abide by the provisions of these Supplemental T&C. Please read these Supplemental T&C carefully before registering with us as an affiliate. By signing up for our affiliate program, you indicate your acceptance of these Supplemental T&C (in addition to the Terms of Use to which you have already agreed).

Breach of these Supplemental T&C and/or the provisions of the Terms of Use may lead to immediate termination of your role as an affiliate and/or to terminated or voided transactions.

Your compensation as an affiliate is described in the chart titled “Commission & Business Details” on this affiliate program application page, or otherwise will be determined in writing between you and Woodpeckers.

You may not use Pay Per Click (PPC) advertising, paid links, coupons or other paid advertising in conjunction with promoting Woodpeckers and/or any of the Products. You also may not use any third party trademarks in connection with any promotion of Woodpeckers and/or any of the Products. 

You agree not to purchase, register, use or otherwise contract with any person regarding any URLs and/or domain names which are reasonably considered by Woodpeckers to be infringing on any of our Trademarks, or in order to exploit any of the Trademarks, domain names and/or metatags which may, in our reasonable discretion, be confused with any of the Trademarks or any of our domains. 

You may use our name “Woodpeckers Crafts” in a display url subdomain or path, such as “yourwebsite.com/crafts” is permitted provided that the landing page must contain only offers from Woodpeckers and no offers for competitors, and such a domain name must not be registered under an identity-shield.

When promoting Woodpeckers and/or the Products, you may not promote deals or coupons unless we have expressly authorized this in advance in writing. You may not use any misleading text, images or links that imply any deal that is not expressly authorized through an affiliate channel or any user submitted coupon codes from other marketing channels. Use of exclusive coupon codes by unauthorized affiliates will result in voided transactions. You agree to remove any coupons and deals which have been approved in advance immediately after they expire.

Spyware, adware, parasiteware, browser help objects, cookie stuffing and toolbars are all expressly prohibited to use, and use of any of these malwares will result in the immediate termination from the program, and a forfeiture of any outstanding commissions. 

Affiliates purchasing any media must work with Woodpeckers in advance in order to facilitate getting quality clicks.

For any posts made by you which include affiliate link and/or if you have received a free product from us or you are endorsing a product, you must indicate with a brief disclosure prior to the review that you are being compensated as an affiliate or endorser for an honest product review and/or that you are received the product in return for an honest product review, and that the post includes an affiliate link (if applicable). You also agree that your posts and other communications will be original, and will not violate any intellectual property rights or other rights of a third party or be illegal in any manner, nor will be libelous or defamatory to Woodpeckers or an of the Products. Further, you agree that you and your posts will comply with all applicable laws, regulations and guidelines including, without limitation, the FTC Guides Concerning Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising (http://www.ftc.gov/os/2013/03/130312dotcomdisclosures.pdf), including without limitation by making all required disclosures in accordance with all applicable law and regulations.
