To be an authorized affiliate of Woodpeckers Crafts, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement.

Please read this agreement carefully before registering and using the Woodpeckers Crafts service as an affiliate. By signing up for the Woodpeckers Crafts affiliate program, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions.

Breach of these terms will lead to immediate termination of Affiliate under this Agreement and may result in transaction voids.

As an approved affiliate you do not have permission to use Pay Per Click (PPC) advertising in conjunction with promoting Woodpeckers Crafts. No direct link, no trademark terms, no trademark plus coupon terms without express written permission from Woodpeckers Crafts. This account is monitored daily for any violations to this policy.

Affiliate agrees not to register or use any URLs and/or domain names which are considered by Woodpeckers Crafts to be infringing on Woodpeckers Crafts company names or trademarks, including but not limited to WoodpeckersCrafts.com, or other registered marks or pending marks. Affiliate agrees not to use, purchase or otherwise contract with a third party to exploit any of the Woodpeckers Crafts marks or registered domain names, or any marks or domain names which may, in Woodpeckers Crafts's reasonable discretion, be confused with Woodpeckers Crafts marks or registered domain names, including but not limited to misspellings of Woodpeckers Crafts marks or registered domain names, whether in metatags or otherwise.

It is permitted to use the Woodpeckers Crafts Brand Term in the display url subdomain or path. For example: yourwebsite.com/crafts are permitted, but the landing page must contain only Woodpeckers Crafts offers and no offers for competitors, and the domain name must not be registered under an identity-shield.

When promoting Woodpeckers Crafts, make sure you are authorized to promote deals or coupons. Affiliates are not permitted to use misleading text, images or links that imply any deal that is not expressly authorized through the affiliate channel. Use of exclusive coupon codes by unauthorized affiliates will result in voided transactions. User submitted coupon codes from other marketing channels such as email and others are prohibited from use by affiliates. Coupons and deals must be removed immediately after they expire.

Spyware, adware, parasiteware, browser help objects, cookie stuffing and toolbars are not permitted. Use of these malwares will result in the immediate termination from the program, and a forfeiture of any outstanding commisions.

Any affiliates buying media must work with Woodpeckers Crafts to ensure quality clicks.

For any posts which have an affiliate link included and you have received a free product or you are endorsing a product you must disclose before the review a brief disclosure stating that you received the product in return for an honest product review and the post includes an affiliate link.

As a Woodpeckerscrafts affiliate and customer, we respect your privacy. We ensure that the information we have about you is held securely and used exclusively to benefit your affiliate experience. You may also receive follow up and/or marketing emails from us in your inbox.

Your personal details, email address and payment information are not given to any third party unless necessary to process your order, combat fraud or comply with a law enforcement action. In the event that we must relay some personal information to a third party, rest assured that it is relayed exclusively to trustworthy recipients and for necessary purposes only. Your personal information will not be given or sold to anyone for unnecessary or marketing purposes.
